Strength log · Android now, iOS in development
Log the set. Nothing else.
A black-and-white strength logbook. Build a chart, log weight × reps against a live timer, and watch each lift climb. No account. No ads. No cloud.
No account · No ads · No tracking · Works offline
The problem
Most trackers want an account before they want your set.
Most want a subscription before they want your data.
This one just logs the work.
How it works
Three steps, then you lift.
A chart, a set, a line. The product is deliberately small, so every part of it has to work.
Make a chart.
A chart is a routine: Push, Pull, Legs, whatever you train. Name it once.
Log the set.
Weight, reps, tick. A live timer runs the session. A Last: 60 × 8 line tells you what you did here before.
Watch the line.
One chart per lift, a PB badge on your best set, and a history you can actually read.
Features
What is in the app.
Six tools, each with one job. Nothing to configure beyond what changes the numbers on the bar.
Live session timer
keeps running when you leave the app.
Rest countdown
optional, with +15s and skip.
Plate calculator
plates per side, plus a 40/60/80 % warm-up ramp.
Progress charts
one line per lift, PB marked.
Progress photos
up to three per session, stored on device.
Training reminders
pick your days; a local notification, nothing more.
Plate calculator
Do the math once, before you load the bar.
Pick a target and the app splits it into plates per side, shows what is actually on the bar, and builds a 40/60/80 % warm-up ramp. It seeds from the heaviest set you have logged for that exercise.
Plates are shown per side. The weight on the bar includes the bar.
Bar 20 kg · plates shown per side.
Privacy
Your data never leaves your phone.
No account. Nothing to sign into.
No analytics or advertising SDKs. Nothing to opt out of.
Local SQLite database. Export a file if you want a copy.
The honest list
It does less, on purpose.
An honest list is more persuasive than a feature dump. Here is the whole surface area of the product.
It does
7 items- log sets
- time sessions
- calculate plates
- chart progress
- store photos
- remind you on your training days
- export and restore your data
It does not
6 items- need an account
- sync to a cloud
- show ads
- sell a subscription
- follow you across apps
- gamify your training
Screens
Four screens. No hidden tabs.
The Lift tab, a session in progress, the progress charts, and the plate calculator. That is the app.
Charts need two sessions before a line appears. PB is the heaviest logged set for that exercise within that chart.
Small print worth reading
The exact numbers.
Precision is the brand. Every setting below is one you can see in the app.
The JSON backup contains no body-weight entries, and progress photos are stored as references only. Image files are not part of a backup and cannot be restored. Export and restore are manual — there is no automatic backup and no cloud copy.
